E Doc s signing

Loan brokers or anyone can take your notary number and exp date and use it to log into and do the Disclosure papers i think this is happening a lot. They get it from your stamp and they use it.You would think they could come up with a better safe guard to stop this from happening.

Jack, You can think?

Got some proof of this, or are talking out of your a$$ again? never mind, I DOUBT this is happening as you claim, there's more to it then a stamp and exp. date....

Thats not true.

Ive done several e signings and the title company assigns you an User ID with the company (typically Gemstone). No one can sign into the docs with your notary seal. Have you performed an e signing Jack or are you voicing your concerns. Truthfully I like the e signings.

Jack give us specific examples of where this is happening, not where you "think" it could be happening.

IMO your post is not based on facts.
