Does EOM even exist anymore?

I can't remember the last month I had where the last day to sign was radically different than any other day. Lately I'm a lot busier the first week of the month than the last week.

Had One on monday and have had to turn down several that have called since because off Drs orders. The last few months there has been no EOM but scattered more throughout the month.

My Monday was crazy. Did 4. The 2 daytime ones went great. Then my 4pm borrower went to the hospital. She called me at 6 and I went to the emergency room and signed there. Then got called for an area I am scared to go into at night, so we closed that loan in a truck stop half way for both of us. Got home at 11:15. I've had a very good month. Seems to be getting better and better.

Yes, it was encouraging to see the month rally here at the end. It was too quiet middle of the month. It should get really busy when those loan mods start flowing.

Sept. was the busiest month this year for me. Oct slower but steady! Thanks Tony! I love EOM and all the challenges!
