Millenium Title, Inc
Don't work for these ladies. They are so nice when they request a Notary, but after the closing they stop answering the phone and then the Alzheimer's kicks in. This file closed on 7/18/08 and I have been running the race to get paid ever since. I caution you who wish to take a job from them, as payment is in the future or mayby in the next "Millenium".

Diane Marks is no longer with Millenium Title (since at least mid-September). I have handled two closings for her and been paid within 15 days.
Maybe your issue is with the ownership of Millenium Title.

BEWARE MILLENIUM In My Opinion THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!
Their website is down and Phone is shut off, and it appears they have no intention on paying vendors.
DO NOT ACCEPT ASSIGNMENTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO WORK FOR FREE
I have heard they are out of business and website is down.
I WILL NEVER EVER WORK WITH OR FOR THEM....................

Re: BEWARE MILLENIUM In My Opinion THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!
Did two closings for this company. Ms. April Valentine called and was sweet as sugar. Met my price.
Now the problem... .never paid me. As previously reported, their web site is down and phones go to voicemail. Emails have been received by Ms. Valentine but no response.
It appears that Ms. Valentine has no intentions of paying for any services provided to her company. I can understand a company being in financial difficulty. What I cannot understand is the lack of communication with vendors who are owed money. A simple phone call or email outlining their problem and how they are going to attempt to solve it would be greatly appreciated!

I would like to respond to PJ with the comments that he made concerning me personally;
I no long work for Millenium Title for obvious reasons since I am also in debt from this company. The owner decided to close the compan within 2 weeks after my departure. I was never responsible for paying the notaries directly that would have been the responsiblity of the owner. I have never worked with you or contracted you to conduct a closing so for you to call me the VP of Bull is slanderous and completely out of line. I have been in this industry for over 20 years and have worked very, very hard I don't need someone like you to damage my reputation.
The title company that I currently work for is wonderful and pays all of the Notary Fees at the time of disbursement.
I suggest that if you and other notaries out there that have not been paid to continue to send the invoices and demand payment.

Diane,
You were working with her company at the time I was requesting payment. You sent me several emails stating I will look into it and get back to you, and you never did. You called me for the job, and you met my fee and you were to one who said I will make sure you get paid. And as of the beginning of September your were still emailing me for another closing, and you lead me to believe that you were looking into my payment issue. Your emails did not state that you would pass it off to someone else , nor that it was not your responsibility. I did not here two words from April until you left the compnay, I did not know she existed. I still have the emails, I'll be happy to let you read them again.

Yes, please send me any information that you have regarding this. I took phone messages and E-mails from Notaries that were not getting paid and addressed the owner with everyone of them. I would forward any e-mails that were sent to me directly to her. I was not "passing it off to someone else". Again, I was not the one who cut the checks or was able to sign the checks so the only thing that I could do was provide the owner with the information. She informed me each and every time that they would be taken care of and the only thing I could do is relay that information to you or any other notary contacting me.

I want to apologize to Diane Marks who was a employee of Millenium Title, Inc. I vented my anger at her for something she did not have control over. I have personally apologized to her and not I wish to publicly say the same. I know times are tough for all of us, and to blame her for April's mistake, was just wrong. I realize she is probably owed more money than I'm wining about and it was not her company.
