Notarybeware.com FREE Service for Notaries

This is a company that I have used to get monies owed from companies such as 24-7, and Todaro National Notary. I have gotten 2 checks this past week and they are working on getting the rest from 24-7. Check out this website if you have not been paid by companies.

Truly free? Not so sure about that...

I just checked out the website - $20 standard membership and $35 for other membership which I believe is the one that includes mediation...

You are correct Linda, it absolutely is NOT FREE. Unless you consider $170.00 for the first year and $120.00 for every year after a FREE service. The ones ripping me off have filed bankruptcy and you can't collect from a company in bankruptcy. You can't even send them a bill for your services. You can file as a creditor and that is all, I've been waiting for 6 years for the Bridgespan bankruptcy to discharge and they had me do a closing for them 3 days before they filed. This email was sent to me:

I spoke with my attorney on setting up a Notary Union. It was advised that I set up a "Non-Profit" corporation. I am ready to do so. Are you?

We can go after these deadbeats as a group. So if you are tired of being ripped off now is the time to do something. These guys are going to continue taking our money as long as we are willing to let them do it.

Before "I" invest any money, I need your commitment. The web site can be designed and updated as money becomes available. Advertising can be done via word of mouth and internet. I am a member of the NNA Signing Agent section so I have access to tons of notaries.

We need to call it a corporation and not use the word union. So, send in names for the corporation and the members will vote on a name for our union. The majority will rule.

Membership fees will be: initial one-time join fee of $50.00 plus $10/monthly dues. Those who upgraded their membership in notarybeware.com will pay an initial fee of $35.00 since I will transfer all collections to the union.

This will be the last time I try to organize us to go after these deadbeats. So, here's the deal. If you are interested I feel we need at least 50 + members to get started.

Initially I would prefer you send in a check so that if there isn't enough of interest your check will be shredded. Paypal will cost me money to receive so your check would be short by that amount.

Please email me with questions.

I joined that--it's not free--$20 membership/$35 for mediation service.
I don't know if Harry will consider discussing this co. to be advertising.
I respect what she's doing over there--especially the collection side of things, which is what we really need.

It's too bad you had to pay to get your money. All I would of needed was a phone call from you to bring this to my attention so that it could of gotten paid without someone taking your money from you. I ALWAYS pay EVERYONE.
