Do you mean Patriot Title in Md? If so, they okay to work for - last one I did paid in 18 days.

Maybe they are under new management but I had to fight for payment for 7 months for 3 closings I did for them. Good luck.

I also used to do A LOT for them. I was moved WAY down the call list several years ago when I refused to back date ... not one request but several.

Perhaps things have changed ...

I have NEVER been asked to backdate by Patriot. I am also paid in a timely manner. Never a problem with them. Would take all they send my way.

There are 3 Patriot Title listed in Signing Central. Patriot Title, LLC is in Timonium, MD.

This is regarding the Patriot Title in Timonium MD, I did a RESPA signing for them this month and received payment in 11 days. Jessica was my contact, and this was my first time working for them. So far, so good.
