SoCal Signing

Is anyone waiting for a payment from SoCal signing? I did a signing for them on 9/5 and still haven't received any payment from them. I have emailed them but haven't had a reply from them.

I completed a closing for Lisa 9/13 and just received payment. I'm surprised she doesn't respond to your email. Do call her.

Never had a problem with Lisa. SoCal is one of the good

agencies. Please try calling her and if after speaking to her, still no resolution, let us know all the details.

Last time they called me, offered me 85.00edoc

Spanish speaking borrowers. I declined. I charge the same for a regular client when they have a Spanish speaking borrowers. They take longer to sign and are less informed about their loan(not all of them)But when I have a call from a new company that they call me once a year, I add 25.00 to my base fee. And what she was offering me was below my base fee for a regular client.

She has some issues to address elsewhere too - some complaining of slow pay and no contact.

I did a signing on 9/12 and have not received payment. I did e-mail Lisa on Tuesday to let her know and she responded right back that the check was mailed last week and I should get it asap. I will let you know when I receive it.

Her silence is interesting

Lisa never hesitates to instantly appear when she has an opportunity to criticize someone on the board for being mean or unprofessional. I guarantee she's aware of this post and others like it on another forum. Yet, nothing but silence for three days. Very telling.

I don't think I was mean or unprofessional. I was just wondering if anyone else was having problems collecting a payment from Lisa. When I took the signing, I checked this forum for the company's reputation since I have never worked for her until now. I did the signing after reading all of the good comments about her SS.

Her reputation is important to her, I am sure she will check in soon. I have never had a problem with her or her company. Last one I did was 9/23, check recieved 10/27... She pays in 30-45 days.
