If we're willing to give them a chance, the only prudent thing to do is require that we appear on the HUD-1. They are a title company so, if their intentions are honorable, they should have absolutely no issue with this requirement. If they won't do it - run! I've responded to them with my criteria but haven't heard back. Has anyone else done this?

I have sent my info in also a couple days ago. We'll see what transpires, nothing yet. I too would like to be listed on HUD.

First they have to get some busniness (non existant) then they may need a NSA...thousands to choose from....Don't hold your breath.
