Title Resource Group (TRG)

I have handled a lot of closings for them in the past, but, not since 7/23. I called today to make sure that I am still on their list and they told me that they are now doing mailaways. Too bad!

Last assignment I received from them was in June - a mail away that was not done properly the first time. Last week I received an email stating that they were changing their website complete with a PDF on how to use the new site and that they would be sending two emails with a new user name and password. As requested, I signed in and changed my password. I hope this means more work to be coming.

I don’t remember the particulars of what wrong the first time the borrowers got the package - missed notarization possibly. Borrowers went to a large tag & title place here in PA.
