Vital Signing

Ever get incensed at these companies?

A couple of years ago, the title company sent a check for the entire closing fee to me instead of Vital, like they should have. I can't say it wasn't hard, but I mailed vital their share. The president of Vital was so happy, called me, and said I was an honest guy, whatever.

yesterday they had the nerve to call me and ask if i was available for a closing, and we scheduled it. Then a couple of minutes later they called me back and said that the "title company" found someone already, and I was not needed. Yeah, sure. More like VITAL found someone cheaper.

I guess my honesty did NOT pay off, at least with these guys. I hope they get what they pay for with thier cheapo notary.

Simply delete them from your list of clients. I have had a few pull a stunt like that. The next time they called I drew it to their attention that we had turned away other business to accomodate them only to have them cancel because they found someone cheaper. They were a little embarrassed when they were caught.
