Shelly, please go into signing central and rate this company. I already linked the thread. Lets use the resources we have to keep others from not being paid.

We've seen this
for a year, possibly two. Has anyone contacted the underwriter ... closing up one business and opening the exact same thing ... maybe the underwriter or the AG would like to know ... maybe not but if no one has bothered to contact them ...
I see what I consider to be the ridiculous ... contact the FBI, contact the IRS, contact the BBB ... but the underwriter and the AG are two entities I would imagine they would not like to hear from.

Re: We've seen this
I sent all my invoices that TS owes me to Texas Dept of Insurance, I contacted them and reported Monte to the fraud dept

Re: We've seen this
In my opinion, smart move. Especially on the insurance issing level. They should not be permitted to run a poor business, improperly shut it down (meaning no orderly plan for dissolution of assets and debts), and reopen doing exactly the same thing. If I were the insurance commissioner (or whatever TX has), I'd wonder if they were so sloppy in one area, perhaps they were sloppy in others, especially since I believe reverse mortgages were their bread and butter.

Re: How can they STILL be in business, since
March of 2005 when there were postings here on N.R. about them not paying. It is hard to believe that even after 3 1/2 years they are still "cheating" notaries out of their fees. Boy some of us really are "deaf, dumb & blind".
