1 Touch Closings - Aren't paying, AGAIN

Back on 7/24 I did a search on 1 Touch, found that the latest posting said they appeared to be "trying to clean up their act and actually paying, a little slow, but paying". Well since then (with no payment from them) I have noticed that there are others who they haven't paid, again. Even if they are paying in 40 days, someone there can't count. And if I had known they paid that slow I wouldn't have agreed to take the assignment. Repeated requests are ignored. Guess it's time to start really "bad mouthing" them again. If they ever call anyone again (if they are even still in business) maybe we can all say no and add them to that "ever lengthing list" of DEAD BEATS. And, in the mean time, I think it's time for me to contact Inzura Settlement Services (they may care)

I did a closing for them a year ago and still haven't been paid. They changed their phone number and the owner says he will pay, but never does. Worst company in the business. Don't take thei closing, you'll be sorry.

Yep, they suck

If you read the archives on them, you will see they have been this way for a long time.
I finally received payment for all they owed me, but it took close to 6 months.
They (like many other agencies) are hanging on by the skin of their eye-teeth.
What so many in this business DON'T GET, is that a few years ago, they were needed.
Now they are not.
The time has come for many to get over it and move on.
