ASAP Signing Services, Inc. - Andrea (Citrus Heights)
Got a call to do an e-signing last night and agreed to my fee. When I checked my local map the BOs location was in a dead zone. I suggested that they do the signing at my office which is only a couple of miles away the SS said that the customer had dial-up. I cancelled becuse dial-up would have taken all night. SS need to realize that once they schedule a signing it does not include unlimited time to perform.

You would have had to take your P.J's. Were they willing to serve dinner?

Re: ASAP Signing Services, Inc. Turns out hat BO had
broadband of some sort. I guess if SS had found out if the BO had broadband and not told me that dial-up was okay by them things would have been different. Oh well, communication is the key to everything.

My very first E-Sign was in the basement of borrower's job (dead zone) & borrower was elderly & not familiar at all with a computer, not to mention a laptop. I counted it a learning experience.

I'm curious, did you complete the signing?
Did you go back with e-docs, get the BO to go to where you could get a connection? What was the final outcome???

Re: I'm curious, did you complete the signing?
Went to a nearby Panera Bread & did the signing there. I've also done signings at Applebee's, Public Libraries, Schools, Hospitals....I'm sure I'm forgetting some. That's the "mobile" part of my description.
