Adding Notary statement

Is it ok to print the ACK or Jurat on a document, a title Co. is asking me to do this is instead of attaching a loose ACK form.

It is actually preferred in many instances. We do it all the time.

If there is room, then why not? That's why many notaries carry jurat stamps. I know of several who carry Ack stamps, too, for just these kinds of situations. It can help reduce potential fraud. I've never actually seen a handwritten one myself, but I suppose it happens. I prefer the idea of using a stamp if you can make it fit.

Yes, I always add it on the same page as the signature if at all possible (either with a typewriter if I'm in the office, or handwritten if I'm on the road). Reduces possibility of fraud.

Last year the VA law had prohibited the use of separate acknowledgements.
I have "stamps" for ack & jurat. They have really come in handy. This past July VA went back to allowing separate acks, but IMO it is still best to notarize on the same page as the signature.

Sure! I carry a jurat stamp. Ack is too long. n/m
