Hello everyone,
Last year, I did a signing for this company and was paid. Then, I assisted with a second signing only to find out that the loan officer wanted me to notarize and back date the documents which I refused to do. However, I did provide transportation for the loan officer. The agreed upon fee was $40 and I was STIFFED by this company.
DON'T WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!! THEY'RE LOSERS!!

Why did you provide transportation for the LO? I can't imagine any circumstance when I'd ride w/someone and then have to be concerned with their timetable in addition to mine. I've had borrowers who want to meet with me one place and then drive to the spouses work, etc. Not me. If I want to go, I'm ready. I'm not waiting for anyone else to finish up chit chatting, using the bathroom, talking to the dog or kids, looking at the newly paneled family room, etc.
