I've done one or two for NREIS so tried to log into the system to see what it's all about - they didn't give me a password to log in - and you can see you can't reply to the e-mail.

Just curious.

We got it too. Didn't know what to do with it since they did not give us a password either.

They state that your password is your vendor number, which they put on your paystubs.
Luckily I just received a payment from them so I still had a paystub, otherwise I would be in the same position. They should put your vendor number on your Confirmations as most people keep a copy of the Confirmation, but not their paystubs.

They have my vendor # (aka 'subcontractor #') on the last check they sent me & on the copy of my last confirmation. On the confirmation it is the letter/number combo immediately following your name.

Yes, BUT...stupid URL given gets me a "can't find this"

message. Tried going to NREIS website... PW & ID they actually gave me--doesn't work.
Can't reply to e-mail so hopefully someone will eventually figure out that they screwed up and re-send this.

Re: Yes, BUT...stupid URL given gets me a "can't find this"

had the same "can't find this" problem - the link contains an extra word at the end...copy and paste, omitting the last word, which I believe is "Do"...good luck..

I haven't worked for NREIS for over a year - not worth digging through tax records to find the paystub..

Take off "DO" and the link works

But what does one do without a password, etc?

found on your paystub

Re: Like Grace said - your password is your vendor number

I did work for this company over 45 days ago and cannot get payment. I have no vender number as I have not received payment. They did not send this notice to me. I worked extremely hard over two days running back and forth to the buyer as NREIS kept leaving documents out of the package. This happened two times. They offered me $50 each time after the original signing, but if they won't pay I guess I worked free. Never again.

Those repeat performances seem to be a very recent NREIS development. They usually do pay timely. Call 'em.

If you're interested, you can call 800-753-3339 for more information. I haven't worked for them since last March. They had called for assignments that were way out of my area and didn't accept my fee and they haven't called since. I'm still deciding whether I want to sign the form or just forget about it.

I didn't get the email because I dumped NREIS a couple of weeks ago. The only thing I really have against them is the fee structure (too low for today's market) & I'm fairly sure they get it from the NNA "suggested minimums". I would bet that this is where the GLBA is coming from also.

I called NREIS early this morning because the link was formatted incorrectly. If you leave off the "Do" at the end of the link, it works. As for the subcontractor number, it is on the confirmation immediately after your name, and on the check stub, too.

I have always found them good to work with and they pay less than 30 days from closing. Business has been soooo slow that I'm just happy when my phone rings any more.

NREIS is one of my favorites....I got it and filled it out and mailed it. They meet my fee, are prompt and professional
