Archer Land Title

Just an idea here... Did a RESPA for them on August 13. Waited until Sept. 13 and sent an e-mail advising that payment was a bit late (don't you think...). They sent me a message saying that they "were behind on August invoices and to give them just a couple more weeks."
Well, here it is, end on September, and still no check.
The idea is...if you want to get paid by Christmas, might be a good idea to think twice about closing RESPAs for them. I know someone said that they pay their RESPAs out of a different account, but this is a title company and they should have the cash flow to pay their Notaries within 2 weeks to 30 days.

I just talked with them today and was told that the girl that handles that is out until wed and she asked me to fax my invoice again and she will get with me after wed. I don't like what I am hearing here. hope we all get paid soon

I have never had issues with Archer Land..of course that was last month, we all know how things are changing quickly! Good luck!
