Archer Land Title

Just an idea here... Did a RESPA for them on August 13. Waited until Sept. 13 and sent an e-mail advising that payment was a bit late (don't you think...). They sent me a message saying that they "were behind on August invoices and to give them just a couple more weeks."
Well, here it is, end on September, and still no check.
The idea is...if you want to get paid by Christmas, might be a good idea to think twice about closing RESPAs for them. I know someone said that they pay their RESPAs out of a different account, but this is a title company and they should have the cash flow to pay their Notaries within 2 weeks to 30 days.

Just sent Archer another fax (I did not have the contacts number here at work) as I am waiting for payment from June 17th. First I was told they paid the wrong notary, not my fault then I was told the check would be processed on 09/11 and mailed out on 09/15, here it is 09/29 and still no check.
