CLOSING QUEST - ANY SUGGESTIONS

I DID A CLOSING FOR THIS WORTHLESS COMPANY IN MAY AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED PAYMENT. I UNDERSTAND ALOT OF OTHER NOTARIES HAVE ALSO WAITED 6MONTHS TO A YEAR TO BE PAID. IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO TO GET PAID. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB BUT IT DID ME NO GOOD. I DON'T DO THIS WORK BECAUSE I DON'T NEED THE MONEY .... I DEPEND ON THIS MONEY AND IT IS NOT FAIR FOR COMPANIES TO DO THIS!!!!

Hi,You call up CLOSING QUEST Tell them you are going to report them to the IRS See how fast you will get paid.
How Do You Report Suspected Tax Fraud Activity?

If you suspect or know of an individual or company that is not complying with the tax laws, you may report this activity by completing Form 3949-A. You may fill out Form 3949-A online, print it and mail it to:

Internal Revenue Service
Fresno, CA 93888

If you do not wish to use Form 3949-A, you may send a letter to the address above. Please include the following information, if available:

Name and address of the person you are reporting
The taxpayer identification number (social security number for an individual or employer identification number for a business)
A brief description of the alleged violation, including how you became aware of or obtained the information
The years involved
The estimated dollar amount of any unreported income
Your name, address and daytime telephone number
Although you are not required to identify yourself, it is helpful to do so. Your identity can be kept confidential.

Send an email to the Guvenator, with the subject line: Mortgage Fraud. It IS fraud when you have a pattern of entering into contracts which you have no intention of paying ...just reference this site for proof. Mortgage fraud is a felony in most states & investigated by the FBI - THEY will contact the IRS if they're not complying w/ tax laws! I am so sick of these deadbeats!!!

In the future check this site for bad companies before taking a closing. Closing Quest was listed as a bad company many months before you took a closing from them in May. Also, typing in all caps is considered shouting on a forum and it is difficult to read.

They owe me from the begining of the year However they actually called me on Thursday to see if I can cover a closing for them LOL The nerve.........
