Client First Settlement Funding

I just did a signing with them but had a hard time getting info for the signing (name, #, etc.) and now I have to fax back docs and number goes to a church voice mail. Very unorganized. Not much written up on company but now I can't reach anyone (6:30pm) to get correct number. Anyone else work for this company and have this problem? Thanks!

I actually have done some work for them in the last month and I had to go back 3 times for their mistakes. They actually paid me for all 3 trips (full fee) within 10 days of me sending my invoice.
