I was called by this company to do a BPO (Broker Price Opinion) for a foreclosed home in Avondale, AZ. I have never heard of this company and want to know if anyone has heard of them or has done business with them so that I am not working for nothing. I have completed the BPO and it takes a lot of time and effort to complete it for a very small fee. However, it is a way for me to prove to financial institutions that own real estate, that I can provide them professional real estate services for their lender-owned properties. So, if anyone knows about this company, I'd appreciate a response. Thank you.
