She states she is a licensed CA real estate agent, but no records are found matching the name Malinda Hickey. Why don't you contact her mortgage broker? He or she may be very helpful, and unaware of how she operates her side job/signing service/whatever... Chances are she arranges the closings for Cal Pacific Mortgages.
