Hall of Fame Title Agency, Inc out of Ohio

Just a heads up, but the owners of this company (Brian Kutz and Amy Daughtery) are from Cresent Title Agency. Cresent Title went out business last August and did not pay several notaries when they packed up overnight. It looks like they just re-opened under a new name. So just fyi.
