Yes, they are a good company. Did a signing last June 7, paid July 5.

I stopped doing closings for them years ago because they paid low ($50) and slow (45 days). If on the otherhand, you're a beginner and need to get some signings under you're belt, them by all means go right ahead.
I did ~3 signings for them in 2003 and was always paid. Perhaps the management has changed. You can question them on their pay policy in terms of overnight vs edocs as well as whether or not you can expect full pay if the loan is cancelled within the 3-day RTC period; you did your part. You closed the loan. Will they pay your full fee if the borrower is not home or just a trip fee of $25 or better yet 1/2 the agreed upon fee. Will they pay you 1/2 the agree upon fee idf the loan cancells at the table; it happens sometimes.
These are questions you want to ask before yousay yes or you just may get an wanted surprise; it's better to know.

I was never paid that low. My signing with them was $XXX.00. If a SS offers a price that I can't do then I counter, more times than not they are willing to negotiate. Of course they will try to get the lowball rate first.

I did one closing for them a couple of years ago, and haven't done another. It was a disappointment. From the name, I thought we'd be doing the closing in the nude, or some such. Bummer to find out otherwise.
