Industry Partners Title - Saratoga Springs, NY

Any recent info on Industry Partners Title? I did two jobs back-to-back in August. I checked using the orange search button before I did the jobs and the most recent comments were from 2007 but all were good. We are now at 40 days from signing and no payment yet.

I did a QC Deed signing for them in April in two trips (one 4/4, one 4/24 or so) - they paid me for the first trip on 6/3 and the second trip on 6/30. I'll think twice about working for them again - although I love to work for TC's these guys are very disorganized, IMO, not to mention the length of time to pay.

I work for them every month they are slow paying but they do pay. Call Matthew Robidoux, closing manager at 1-800-261-8192 x4987. I just got my check for August today 9/23.

Thank you to both of you - that's a long time for a TC to take to pay, but I'm glad to know that I *should* be receiving payment soonish.

hey if you need someone to go collect for you I will do it. I could use a trip home and have it paid for. LOL. I was just up there labor day weekend. Could of got the money for you LOL. Hope you get paid soon.

Just received payment today for both jobs - at 50 and 52 days after date of service. That's a long time for a title company to take to pay.
