It is finally picking up for me....

To my surprise for the last week or so I have been getting between 1 and 2 phone calls per day for signings. This is wonderful...hopefully the rest of you are (or will) start experiencing this as well. Good Luck and God Bless!

5 this week but only 1 last week. I'd like to think it's picking up but the mortgage news is still grim and I'm looking for a part-time job to suppliment income until it does pick up.

The last week was better but it's still spotty. I also had to refuse to do a few $50 closings and was told " we have to get your fee approved and we'll get back to you". Of course they found someone who decided they wanted to work for no profit. It's amazing.
