LSI problem with Fee Verifications
Since LSI spun off to LPS, I have not been receiving the Fee Verifications. They are not being filtered as SPAM. Is anyone else experiencing this problem, or is it just me?

I haven't had any problems with it. I always remind whomever is my contact in the closing to send me that email. Perhaps they just have forgotten. That system is great, getting those emails so I always make sure it comes. If it is not you should call your contact and ask them to send it again. I think it is important to get that email because I think it generates your payment. I would call them anyway to let them know the problem.

It must be because I switched to reporting on their website and I don't call in the closing anymore. I guess I'll have to start doing both. Thanks much!

I have never used their website. I always call and also email when the closing has occurred along with the tracking info etc. Let us know how it goes!

When I did the training for entering closing and tracking info on their new website, I understood that we no longer needed to call in the closings. Perhaps I misunderstood, but it seems redundant to do both, but I will henceforth.
