Did one for them the other day - easy to work with, met my $xxx fee - they do have a faxback requirement which they for me as the signing was close to the UPS facility and pkg ws dropped immediately after signing...too early to determine payment schedule.

LandAm is _everywhere_

I have at least a half dozen different offices listed in my signings Roledex. According to LandAm, they have over 900 offices across the country. Many of the them hire NSAs for closings with their OneStop Services group.
