Notary Near You, San Diego/BEWARE
Closing completed 8/1, no payment. I emailed Jacque a week ago said she would look into it, 'checks are cut every Saturday', and get back to me. No response, no check. Very unprofessional. I'll be contacting the TC today (as I stated in my corespondence with her) I have already spoken to this same TC regarding another SS who wasn't paying. They use signing services she stated because they are too busy and they don't have time to find closers directly. I told her that I can supply her with a few GOOD signing services who have experienced SA and DO pay us and she was very interested in getting that information. She also was not happy @ all to hear about this type of problem. Never again with this company.

This notary was paid in full. There was a miscommunication on her behalf, as we were replying to her via email and she had two email address' and one of them she was not checking. Regarding the escrow officer she is referring to....we have a wonderful relationship to and are still doing lots of business with to this day.
