Did they readily meet your fees or did you have to haggle with them? They'll be calling back with loan particulars (ie. FHA, piggyback, etc.) so I can give them a quote on my fee. Just want to be prepared.... Thank you all for your input.

I did one for them 8/21 (out of state purchase/split signing) & received check today, 9/13.
I don't see any issues but this is based on a single experience.
