OT - say a prayer for my husband
Please say a prayer for husband - he got a call from his doctor in Phila. yesterday. They want him to talk to his kidney doctor up here about putting him back on dialysis and on the transplant list. He had a kidney/pancreas transplant November, 2000. He is going to see his doctor on Thursday. They haven't found anything from all the tests he has had for the diarrhea. He has been having it since July on and off. His kidney doctor thinks it may be one of his anti-rejection meds causing it. Don't know what they will do in that case. I'm just so stressed right now between him and my lab. My lab hasn't really eaten well the past couple of days. He lays on my bed a lot and will lift his head up to look at me but then lays it back down. He looks really tired. I'm going to try to increase his pain med starting today per the vet but if he doesn't improve it may be his time. I'm not ready for it.

thanks - it's been a stressful year especially for my husband - some of you might remember that he had a bad accident in April - finally back to work but it's been spiraling down ever since.

Lethargic dogs - Check recall info just issued for dog food.

thanks everyone for your prayers - the reason my dog is not eating well is that he was diagnosed with osteosarcoma about 3 weeks ago - he has a tumor on his pelvis - I had posted something about it on the leisure board a couple of weeks ago. He's responding great to me but he is just so tired and pretty much lays around a lot - he did east some this morning and last night - just not as much as he usually does. Sunday was a great day for him but just all of a sudden he's slowed down.
As far as my husband - he sees the kidney doctor tomorrow - so we shall see what happens with him. They probably will have to run more tests - this guys has been tested and tested so much the past month or so though.
