Osito Signings in Chicago, G/B/U?

Uh... that would be little bear... or uh... Cubs in Chicago... with a magic number of 6 to clinch their division which makes them the only team doing better than my Dodgers at the moment. Do they have any more chance than the Dodgers of going on to step #2? (It would really amaze me if my boys in blue don't get creamed in the first round of the playoffs. I predict 1 LA win in the series)

While we're on the subject of bears... I post this from a cruise ship in Alaska, haven't seen any bears yet, but eagles and whales, glaciers...

Hmm...

...let's see if we can slip this discussion in w/o being nabbed by the board police, Gary. First of all I've never heard of Osito Signings & can't imagine why they would use the Spanish word for "bear" in their name. But since you've brought up the subject I'm sure you're aware our Cards have fallen off the face of the earth & now trail in the wild card by 4 1/2 games. As has been said in Cubland for the past 100 years...wait till next year! Speaking of centuries, you might be selling your Codgers a tad short in the playoffs if they face the Cubbies. Strange things always seem to happen when the small bears are downwind & start smelling the World Series!

Seriously, I have some good friends who are Cub fans, including
Roger/OH and wish them all the best. Their loyalty deserves a reward.
Note: The above is not applicable if my White Sox (hanging on by their
fingernails) make it to the World Series. Twice in a three years is not too much
to ask. My WS champ cap and t-shirt are getting a bit faded, and I could
use some new ones.
Ok, back to business. Never heard of Osito, but if I learn anything, I will be
happy to pass it on.
