Lots of hand holding. They want every page of of the loan pack initialed by the borrower(s).
Lowball fees.

Not in my case. I did a few for them and no hand holding at all. I think they change ownership a few months ago and the new gals are very nice.

Just got an email today from the old owner advising what she is doing now. So the company is definitely under new ownership.
