Pacific Document Services came thru w/$$$
What a nice surprise during these times of so many flakey signing agencies. Although I waited some months for payment, I received my 2nd cashier's check today and am now paid in full. Paul Gambs was true to his word. I'll update signing central.

Re: I too received pymt w/o an issue.
Wanted to thank everyone with their patience over a difficult last 8 months, the good news is that we at Pacific Document Services are starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. It is our objective to return to the company that we have been for the last 15 years, which was one that never was mentioned in these forums for anything other than a great company to work for. Look forward to speaking to all of you in the near future!! Sincerely, Paul Gambs

Hello all, I Just want to say that I have worked with Pacific Document Services for Approx 10+years, and could not ask for a better company to work with. Yes times are rough and things happen but I can only tell you that Paul Gambs is a VERY honorable man. As long as he is in business he's has my loyalty.

Paul, you hang in there. I'm seeing signs of improvement too. Month end already in full swing, I'm not getting home before 10p these days. Just like to say to this board's readership, you've always paid well and on time, and Pacific Documents is one of the best companies I have worked for in this industry!

Pacific Docs/Paul Gambs Update June 2009
I have work off and on for Paul Gambs and while he seems to try and probably is a nice guy. I have never received payment from him without asking and I really resent that I find I must ask. Yes, we have had many hard times over the years but I still have to remember many companies out there HAVE ALWAYS paid timely even during those times, so if I may I would suggest this is a Paul issue and how he handles things.
I have done my last signing for him as of April 09, no more. I work very hard to keep all my equipment in top notch shape, well stocked with all supplies, dress and act in a professional manner, always arrive early to my appointment and deal with the docs no matter how poorly they may have arrived to me with errors all their own.
I expect payment to be made to me on time and that simply doesn't happen with Paul, he is more trouble then he is worth. I feel it boils down to poor business management on his part and lack of respect in paying the notary. I'm sorry but I deserve better and have more respect for myself as a notary clearly, then Paul does.
I had a major go round with Paul yesterday via e-mail, and clearly from the e-mails he portrays himself one way to the companies he works for (the tone he replied to them was "yes we will cut a check instantly for Susan" his response to me "you will get it when it's processed and no earlier." I told him if not paid I'd be contacting everyone with this loan and he said go ahead be my guest AND so I did.
I really resent when someone paints a portrait of themselves and snaps a picture of me. No Thanks.....
