I did a couple for them last year. We had a dispute on how to solve an ID discrepancy. I did it my way (by the book) and it was accepted by the lender. I was paid my full fee and they paid on time. I haven't heard from them since.

loan closed 7/1 and was paid on 8/2. Know issues here. I would work for them again.
