The real closers.com out of Indianapolis

Has anyone heard of http://www.reallocalclosers.com/? Just curious, they sent me an email telling me that they have a closing in my area on Friday, but would need my contract, drivers' license, E&0, title producers license, etc prior to them sending me the confirmation. Hence, I'm worried about identity theft. I've never had a company request my information prior to sending the confirmation. Plus, their website claims states that they are under construction. I'm not trying to put their name on the radar, just wanted to know if this has happen to anyone else?

I had a call from them but I turned them down. Fee is way too low for me $85.00 for an edoc pack). He pays twice a month.

I get all bent out of shape everytime I find another agency advertising here as a notary, but really being a SS, even when not in my area.
I hate SSs who take direct work away from the NSA this way.
