This business is toast.

I have been able to squeeze out a living the last year. (not a great one) but I think it is over. I sent an email to a busy national signing company yesterday...to ask if things were slow...and the owner responded and said they had ONE order all day?! Can you imagine!?

Yep, its really slow

Times have changed since the mortgage fallout. I was doing 35-40 closings back in January thorugh March of this year, now I do about 3-5 a month.... I had to get a job, and was laid off from that....times are tough!

Just this last two week's I've been busy. Not sure why but I'm not complaining. It's been dead in Baltimore for a long time.

Heard on TV Mortgage Apps were up

that doesn't mean any will be approved. Business has picked up just this week but I'm not holding my breath that it will last. Looking for part time work to help pay the bills.
