Titlestream

Can anyone confirm or deny the rumors that they are out of business?

I haven't done anything for them for years but have notary friends out there who took jobs from them and now the numbers forum reports them as OOB and Matt Blackmon not answering the phone.

Anyone?

(Disclaimer: Remember I said "rumor" not fact!)

Brenda, they are in buisness, even though they just sent me a bad check for a closing that was just done out there. Jan is in the accounting department if you need her.

I don't need her, thank goodness.

I quit working for TS when they started their 60-90-120 day pay schedule bullsh##.

Just trying to figure out if they are still floating or not.

I think that reading comprehension is becoming a lost art

Brenda, mostly limited to us seasoned warriors who went to school when we were required to read and even understand what it was we read.

Thanks, Charles...I wondered about that.

I was asking only one thing... LOL

I have left several messages for both Matt Blackmon and Jan Delisle, and sent them emails, and they won't respond. I think that we are out of luck for payment.

Matt told me end of July about seeking financing

to pay notaries. He admited they had been turned down and were looking elsewhere. He also said that they had changed way of paying notaries. The jist of the conversation was that new jobs would be paid immediately and old jobs would be on a catch up basis. The whole conversation had a bad ring to it. I got my checks and I am out collection fees. I won't work for them ever again "if" they are still around to conduct business.

Matt Blackmon is no longer with TS. Jan Delisle will not return phone calls. Monte Sturgeon is the owner, here are his numbers: 972-956-8703, 972-484-4220. TS owes my company over $10,000.

Here is the last message I received from him, Aug 26, 2008 regarding payment:
"Please give me a call on my direct line (972) 484-4220 at your earliest convenience to discuss our outstanding balance. Over the weekend and yesterday I spent most of my time in negotiations with a possible business partner (the documents are not signed yet) which should help Title Stream related to its current obligations including your balance."

Your patience related to this situation is appreciated.

Thanks,
Monte

I don't know if it is true, but I do know that LFC and other used them. Since LFC (corporate officer) sold out to FAT and the lawsuit started to fly, businesses started to close, so Iguess it is trickling down to others.

Just got a email from a guy named Ralph Little( Metro National Financial) asking me to take 10% on the dollar for outstanding invoices. I told him Monte Sturgeon(owner of Titlestream) took the money and spent it. I wouldn't take 10% because I didn't do a 10% job. He stated that they couldn't take the co. over unless all outstanding claims would take 10%. HE CAN FORGET ME TAKING 10% !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
