Does anyone know the full name of Patricia at Ultimate Signings in NC RM app done 7/1/08 after several calls and her saying be patient the TC Title Stream hasn't paid me yet She has stop taking my calls and won't respond to my emails any info greatly appreciated.

An Application does take longer. They have to check everything out, get it approved and then do the loan docs. They will probably call you back to notarize the loan docs. You'll get paid for both, the App & loan docs.

I still haven't received payment on 3 reverse mortgages from Title Stream. Don't work for them, they don't pay.

That's exactly why I am asking for as much info on this company as possible so that I can start looking into smalls claims court I have called her several times spoke to her and she promised I'd be paid now its over 60days. Title Stream did not hire me Ultimate Signings did and I don't care how long they take to pay her I expect to be paid she took the risk taking them as a client not me. The only reason I agreed to take the appt. was because I did a search and the reviews were good for her company. I would have never done a closing for TS my point is if the ss wants to be in this buisness they Need to take responsibility for their business and pay us in a timely manner. I don't understand notaries who except the "I didn't get paid yet excuse.
