But you are about to be creamed. Refer to your notary handbook. Those two examples are the basic notarial certificates. Read the handbook!

I agree with Gary. I always leave those areas blank and let the title company or lender fill in whatever they want. Saves a lot of time for me and then I'm sure everything on the loan docs is correct.
