lenders first choice

Does anyone know how to collect from lenders first choice for closings, or should I just write it off as a loss.

Bankruptcy has been filed. Now you wait for the court to decide. Do not hold your breath as you wait.

Where did you hear this? I'm a creditor and have heard nothing. One would think that known creditors would receive a notice if bankruptcy has actually been filed.

Find out what court is handling the proceedings and file your invoice with them. You could get nothing, but if the court orders selling of assets to pay the bills, then you could get some money albeit only a portion of what is owed.

Send bill, as long as they have your information you should receive a letter from the bankruptcy court with the necessary forms to file a claim.
