They are in Signing Central, or do you choose not to believe what you read?

you must not have understood my message. I'm asking if there has been a change since the last posting in June regarding this company, has anyone been paid, promptly, or at all since then? I can read well, can you?

IMHO, if a company has mixed reviews, I choose not to accept work from them. My time and energy are valuable, and I don't want to waste it on a remote chance that the company "might" have cleaned up their act.

My one and only signing for them about 2 ago months that I accepted AFTER I contacted Vikki to see if they had cleaned up their act I was promised to be paid in 2-4 weeks and after 30 days I called and they said they could not pay me because they had not been paid by TC yet. After many, many phone calls they said they would pay me very soon if I "promised" to write a positive comment about their company on this site. Which I said OK, (just to get paid) and all I wrote as a comment I believe was paid as promised in 45 days. I would NEVER work for them again.

My personal experience has been good with them

I have done a few closings during the last three months for Vikki, who I find very pleasant to work with. I have received payment 30-35 days after closing.
Thanks,
Janet Smile

Likewise. Tommy has kept his word.

It appears they do a "token" payment once in a while just to

Keep the Notaries guessing. They haven't paid me for an assignment I did 7/28 and I have sent numerous "past due" notices. (They don't like to answer their phone) I have contacted the Title company and I plan to continue contacting the Title company and 1 Touch until they get tired of seeing and hearing from me. I don't think the current mortgage crisis is a reason for these deadbeats to take advantage of us and continue to stay in business and pay themselves for work we preform.
