All different borrowers?

6 in one day? I hope they were close together!

Yes all local within 10 miles of home

Started first 8am and finished around 9:30pm. Would of been 7 but delayed docs forced me to drop it (would of messed up the rest of the day big time)

The last 3 EOM weeks have been good around here. 3 yesterday, 6 today and 3 for Saturday. All the loans were from December..YIKES no 30 day turn around time anymore.

Re: Yes all local within 10 miles of home

I could do that many if they were all located on the Palos Verdes Peninsula in California. But three in one day is enough to handle, especially if you have to do a lot of faxbacks. I have become sleep deprived this week and have to force myself to stay awake to get my faxbacks done.

It's been so long since I have had that many in one day, I don't know if I can still handle it .....

Maybe next week ....... hopefully ...

Ahhh...wish I lived in such a highly populated area

I'm being forced out by low fees..

Even after not taking any jobs for less than $100, after all my expenses and TAXES for the past two years my profit margin fell through the floor. I don't get enough local work in the rural area I live in and the $200 signings aren't coming often enough.

It looks like I'm going to bag this for a while until my son gets older and a little more independant, that will free up more time seeing as how all I seem to be getting is these 'emergency' signings 40+ miles away that are scheduled for two hours from now and the docs aren't ready.

- Oh well, at least I'm back to making money in the stock market.

-Sue, you were kinda right, I lasted two years though instead of one.

2 out of 4 canceled today

If I don't have docs by Friday night or UPS tracking # the odds of a Saturday signing are 40% that it will happen.

Sure enough the 2 without docs on friday got scrubed.

EOM's seem to be extra crazy with all the FHA loan. With Saturday being "last day to sign" the phones have been going nuts. I've probably turned down more than I've done (all for the same time frame). It's Saturday afternoon & I'm still getting calls.

WOW!!! I am so jealous. Since things are picking up, I thought for sure my phone would be ringing off the hook for the EOM. I am hoping Monday will be a good day for me :-(

The loan signing market is exploding!

I am busier than I have been in months. I received over 15 calls in the last 4 days.
Great news and I am in the Inland Empire, so I can imagine how busy it must be in other parts of the Country.
