Another question!

Do you mainly work with signing services or title companies? And, do you market yourself or have enough work without that? THANKS.
No, I am not a newbie. Just wondering how others are doing in this business.

Really, Vickie... You and your sock puppets need help.

Put the crack pipe down and step away from the computer.

Hmm, let's see. TrollingHills floods the forum...

Everyone tells her to take a Calgon. She disappears for the night and a new anonymous poster from, you guessed it, Tennessee shows up and starts chatting. Well dag nab it, what are the odds?

FYI - No matter what alias you use, the forum owner knows who you are.

Wow... I am glad I am NOT this person you guys are referring to in Tennessee but I have actually been on NotRot for years. I originally signed in as Kathryn years ago not knowing who anyone was on this site and trying to be careful! The owner says you can't change names later and I must keep the original name! My name is Misti Kathryn Morgan and I have been doing closings in Knoxville for over 10 years....
Alot of people don't put their links on here probably because they often get treated rudely.
I was just curious how business is going for everyone now? I heard in the news yesterday that refinances were going to be big again.
Please... take a look at my profile! God bless you. Misti Kathryn

Welcome, Kathryn.

Please c

onsider the circumstances you arrived in the middle of and don't take it personal. You gotta admit, it looked kinda ... well...I admit it. I certainly had thoughts that you were what's called a sockpuppet.

Anyhow, you are really great to link to your profile and not be thin skinned about it all.

My apologies Misti

You are clearly not a puppet made of socks, just a victim of really bad timing!

Thanks for the nice p.m.

My sincere apologies to you.

Thank you for correcting me. To answer your question...mostly TC for me and you can NEVER market enough. Good luck to you in beautiful East Tennessee...it truly is God's country

It's All Good!

Thanks for the apologies. I posted those questions to see what everyone is up to.... my volume is down to 3-6 a week but I spoke with someone in my town who has been doing this alot less time than me and she said she does a minimum of 10 a week and usually 12-15 .... I was surprised since I am a priority closer with alot of companies and I have a good reputation with so many.
Anyway- I want to up my business and was curious what everyone suggests to increase my volume. Two kids in college = lots of bills as a single mom.
Thanks. Misti Kathryn

Welcome to NotRot

It's especially slow for me in Ohio but I'm in a small town between two metros - Cleveland and Columbus. I did four all last month.

Re: It's All Good!

Makes me wonder if that other person is working for the lowballers. Business has been pretty good for me and I expect it to continue for as long as interest rates stay very low - I hope! Smile

BTW, I think some of the knee-jerk attack may have resulted from what looks to be another influx of newbies with basic questions. I've been tempted to check to see if certain entities are holding classes again, but I don't really want to know. Wink Perhaps its just more people like you finding - or returning to - this forum.
