Has anyone heard of BCHH Inc also known as BCHH Title Company located in Pa, 412-490-0185
also a company called Universal Documents 1-800-474-4839 925-803-2504
I can't find this one on notary rotary not sure to do bussines with them or not I have 2 companys that owe me money kind of gun shy to work with some one new dont want to get stift again,

No problems here. Don't do much for them, but will if all my conditions met. Pays monthly on 15th following EOM, report on website, no invoice needed.

Universal Document Express (UDX)

Universal Document Express is okay in my book. (They are in Signing Central). I've only done one job for them so far, but they were absolutely easy to work with and paid on schedule. What I really liked was that they had a confirmation to me within 10 minutes of the phone call... and the actual docs arrived not long after that... a full 3 days before the actual signing.

Also good experience with UDX. First signing was paid in just under 30 days. Did a second one for them but it is too recent to know if 28-30 days is typical but I am looking forward to it!

I've done 2 for them. One in 05, paid in 30 exact and the second in 07, paid in less than 30.

Been doing business with UDX for many moons, they have cut their fee a bit but are good to work with. No hand holding and they do pay--sometimes a bit late but I have never felt a need to chase them. Nice people, I told them at one point that I just didn't feel right doing Ameriquests any more and they were very understanding.
