I've worked for them several times, pay well within 30 days, no hand holding. I'd take all that I can get from them.

Go to their website and click the "Contact Us" button - takes you to an Outlook Express e-mail window addressed to Pinnacle Title...

May want to search Pinnacle Title here for info.
