Clement Closing- Nicole in Baltimore MD

Just did a closing for her. Is there any feed back ? Appeared to be very disorganized and informal ... had to ask for confirmation for closing fee as agreed by phone. . Would appreciate any info you may have to offer.

I have recently connected with Nicole. I have done two closings for her. I agree with you about the confirmation part. I am still waiting to get paid. I asked her about a contract or confirmation or something in writing. She said none of her notaries have asked her for that. When she gets paid she would pay me. I don't normally operate like that. Hopefully, she is on the up an up.
