Closing Masters

Did my first closing with Closing Masters. The staff were very friendly and I was paid very quickly. Highly recommend. Bill

Ya know I am seriously considering having the notaries who work for me agree to post glowing recommendations on the forums as part of a contract.

I think we get the point, Closing Masters pay!

Search on Duluth, MN. He is listed there. Just checking those that have posted the "reviews" on them lately. Seems some are joining NotRot just to post positive reviews on this company.

Re: OH NO !!! Not another troll w/no link to his profile :>(

I don't get it. Why would a company require a notary to come here and post a positive review? I mean... I get it.... but I don't... because it just comes off a little skeevy. A good company is going to get good reviews here voluntarily.

Putting comments on SC is one thing, but posting to the forums, too? Seems like a bit of overkill. I mean, there are 27 positive comments about them in the past 7 weeks. But... that's about it.

Marian
Maybe the thread starting with message 270721 will explain. Closing Masters asked in that thread for positive reviews to be posted, so it is possible that they are now asking for reviews to be posted when they hire a notary. It definitely is a little skeevy.

And thank you Marian

for adding the word "skeevy" to my vocabularySmile Haven't come across that word before, had to look it up.

Not so fast, still waiting on payment

Probably will never be hired by them again for this post but they owe me for two horrible signings. One I had to make 3 trips (downloaded docs 3 times very big packages), the other I was replacing a no-show notary and it didn't sign after borrower realized that the loan was not what she had bargained for. Not home to check my records but I do know they are well over 30 days.
