Looks like she just joined NotRot today to post this.

Harry needs to do something about them. He can "block" offensive words, maybe he can put "Closing Masters" as an offensive word and block it.

You will usually get a response if you call. As they say, they have limited time to monitor the board. That's why someone referred to us as "hall monitors" not long ago. I will call in a heartbeat when things get abusive.
