Corrected information
I apologize, the correct name of the company that needs a notary for an e-signing tonight or tomorrow is E-Mobile Notary.

That explains it - no one wants to work with them ... Think about it ... Delaware County is either the first or second most densely populated county in the state ... look at the number of listings. They haven't tried too hard to find someone or else they've burned all their bridges.
comment abuot your listing ... unless you are a minister WITH A CHURCH HOLDING REGULAR SERVICES ... you'd be wise to do a lot of research before advertising that you do weddings.

from that, it sounds like she's the real thing. I've seen quite a few listings that say they do weddings. In PA "internet ordained" ministers are working their way through the court system.

I didn't know this was such a big business - wonder why xyz hasn't got into that yet? 68,000,000 results from query: become a minister. Everyone says do it free - there must be a hook there somewhere. Since my son was surfing other day, filled out something and before he finished his phone was ringing. LOL Had to tell him to do dummy email, last digits of phone number changed, etc. - what a hoot. His discomfort for the next few days will remind him of how to do differently next time. I can imagine any state would possibly frown on this. And real ministers must be rolling their eyes as well. Suppose they have a forum new ministers can go to to find mentors?
Late - gotta quit this.
As Susie would say: Cheers everyone!

The last article I read about this, I believe they were actually 'ahead' which means in PA "behind" since the case gets remanded back to the lower court ... several cases are running concurrently through the appeals process. When you get your marriage license, you are given a document with HUGE font indicating if you use an internet ordained minister your marriage may not be valid and telling you to seek the advice of an attorney prior to using on of these 'ministers'.
