ESS Network
I see nothing recent on this company. Did a signing on 3-7-09. Have emailed repeatedly and no response. When you call their number, it rings and rings and then goes busy.
A month ago, I did receive an email from someone who did work there, saying that he was leaving and taking their best customer. Going to another signing service.
Any help would be appreciated. TIA

Do a search of the biz name on sunbiz.org. I think the owners name is Mary and she is in the panhandle of FL. She has had a very bad rep for some time. A google search will also turn up more info. Sorry, I can't do the research for you right now...too many irons in the fire. I wish you the best of luck.

For the person who was paid, which company actually paid you? Was it Intergeity Escrow?

Hello,
If you completed a signing where Integrity Escrow was the Escrow company then Escrow Signings Services Inc. (ESS Network) is the company that hired you. In this case, Integrity Escrow had an agreement with ESS Network to coordinate their notary signings. ESS Network was assigned this file. They contacted you to complete the signing, and were paid for doing so. With this payment, they are responsible for paying the notary. ESS Network is now playing games with you as a method of not paying you, and then trying to confuse you on who is actually responsible.
Fairfax Signings is the company that Integrity Escrow has contracted to replace ESS Network due to ESS Network's failure to pay their notaries amongst other things. Fairfax signing has absolutely NO bearing for payment not received from ESS Network.
But, in an effort to prove that Fairfax signing is not the company at fault, if you email your name, buyers name, escrow number (starts with 247 or 248) and the request sheet sent to you by ESS Network. I will send you a copy of the check that was sent to ESS Network for that particular signing which they are responsible for paying the notary with.
You can find contact information for ESS on the “contact us” section of their website. As you will see they are out of business and actually in the process of trying to sell their website.
Fairfax Signing has been handling all of Integrity Escrow's notary coordination since their termination of ESS Network. We pride ourselves on paying our notaries right away whether the signing is completed or canceled. Fairfax would still like to hire you for signings. Please at least look into this and take of all of this information into consideration before casting out Fairfax Signing as one of the many "bad signing services out there"
Thank you,
Matthew Manager Fairfax Signing
